Campbell was founded in 1851, when Benjamin Campbell bought 160 acres for growing grain and hay. This acreage would later become the core of the city, which was officially incorporated in 1952. Campbell has grown from a small farming community to become an integral part of Silicon Valley, with approximately 42,500 residents. Several libraries, parks and recreation centers affords members of the Campbell community access to a plethora of creative and athletic activities – fun for the whole family!
With residences ranging from townhomes to single level ranchers, to larger contemporary two story homes, Campbell has something to offer everyone. Easy access to Silicon Valley and San Jose make this community a great choice for those looking for a home near the South Bay.
